With the firm belief that timing is everything, each strategy and session is tailored to fit your needs at any given time. Our time together will be collaborative and exploratory, with your needs and purpose guiding the therapeutic process. Emotional safety and the freedom to explore your deepest emotions, organize your thoughts, and decipher your experiences is provided here. You will come to understand the Why’s which prompt your choices and lead your evolution within relationship to yourself and others. Given this knowledge, you will create and activate new patterns of communicating, and your relationships will become more fulfilling in every way, day after day.
You are struggling with challenges affecting your relationships, work and family life. Despite trying to "fix" the problems, they don't go away, and you seek clarification and forward movement to get yourself back on track. Complex, yet common, issues around love, family, purpose in life, and doing what truly makes you happy have become overwhelming and you’re ready to do something different.
I believe your truth is in you, and my role of therapist is to provide emotional support, insight, and to help you navigate through past and present so you can have the future you deserve.
It’s not always easy to know if you need to seek treatment or counseling. Some rules of thumb are:
